Where are you now?!

At the start of any DofE expedition, there’s one speech everyone knows is coming from Ms. Jenkins:“No phones! No electronics! No money! And if you have a problem — call me!”

The only electronics students are allowed to use are their navigation devices and maps. And of course, Ms. Jenkins’ signature reminder: “Always send me a picture of your scheduled stopping locations!”

With the new school year comes the start of the DofE season. Students from Grades 9, 10 and 11 kicked things off with their Silver and Bronze practice expeditions, which will be completed in Spring 2026.

A big congratulations goes out to the group of students who have already completed their Silver DofE — a great accomplishment! e look forward to the energy, talent, and fresh perspectives they bring to our classrooms. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome!
